Will this do it..Food?

http://standeyo.com/NEWS/10_Food_Water/100108.spring.food.crisis.html

Worth reading.....there is more and more talk about this.  We do not have to look far to see what the weather did the crops around us.  We are right in the middle of it.

Have You Heard?

http://baltimorechronicle.com/2009/111109Lendman.shtml

This is worth a read.  I'm not sure how many people even know that something like this is happening across the world.  It has not been anything mainstream in the US.  It makes you start thinking of Jesus' words very quickly.

Matthew 24: 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Will USA follow?

http://www.csmonitor.com/2009/1103/p06s24-woeu.html

Our country has been following the same pattern as Europe in trying to remove all mention of Christianity in the public arena.  The Name of Jesus, prayer, the Bible, even navitiy scenes and the Ten Commandments are all targets.  Things like this are worth watching closely.

Great Hoax?

Personally, I cannot help but be skeptical of all the positive announcements we have heard lately about the economy.  I am no economist, but simple math and common sense tells me that something is still not right.  This link gives some insight on what is going on.  It is an interesting read for sure.  Also, this is for information only.  Pray before you decide what to do with your money.  Let the Lord show you.  His provision is not limited to the stock markets.

Pakistani Christians Speak Out at the United Nations

GENEVA, October 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Last week the Human Rights Council of the United Nations meeting finished with several new decisions taking place regarding problems in Palestine and Sudan. But a new and urgent issue of Christians in Pakistan was highlighted to the International Community by an International Think Tank, the "International Club for Peace Research".

ICPR had invited youths from Faisalabad, Pakistan - a group of young and affected Christian victims: Mr. Romail Sheraz Kenneth, Mr. Sohail Sajid, Mr. Gunivere David. The group showed and explained to the large number of NGOs, Diplomats, Local Christian Organizations and United Nations Officials the reality about the deadly situation of Christians, as no international help is allowed. Even assistance from the Punjabi Pakistani Army is not helping. The Christians in Pakistan have no voting rights, food is not distributed unequality and Christians are treated as the lowest minority possible. In the July 2009, about quarter a million Christians were displaced from their houses, women raped, children killed and mobs robbed the remaining houses. Mr. Sohail Sajid Narrated and showed photos of Muslim youth using innocent Christians as punching bags and throwing their bodies in sewers nearby. The 3 young Christians also pleaded to the International Community to urgently intervene in this urgent issue and international help shall be made available in terms of food, security and proper housing. They also highlighted that, after this event, will any Christian be allowed to travel outside Pakistan to announce to the International Community the actual and ground situation?
